A Chiro’s Bio
I was a fat kid who decided one day to change my life…I wanted to be muscular, strong and most importantly sexy! In 1986 I started riding a bicycle everyday that developed into an intense interest in nutrition not for weight loss but performance because now I was racing bicycles. However, I had some little “health issues” that made life somewhat stressful so I turned to mainstream medicine with less than desirable results and answers.
I sadly found that doctors, nutritionists and dieticians…the entire medical machine had no clue on how to help me and as a matter of fact they successfully killed me once!!! However, I didn’t get mad…well I did, but it is amazing what experience teaches to you.
In 1994 I graduated from Northwestern College of Chiropractic; the chiropractic profession was more in line with my idea of what health care should be, ironically, I worked in a medial center for 8 ½ years after graduating. I can say working hand in hand with medical doctors was the best learning experience ever! However, that experience did teach me that medicine does not have the answers for being healthy…save your life in a crisis, yes…support you in being healthy…definitely not.
Today I am a pretty dapper, happy and healthy 40 something who has a very strong opinion on being healthy…I only speak on what I know and give the best answer using my logic and what’ s best for the person I am working with…ego has some part in my life but someone’s health is about “them” not “me”.
I think you will enjoy my information, my experience, and what stories I have to offer you. Comments are always helpful and success stories are a must…keep in touch.

I am interested in the bike for sure.
You will love this one——-my doctor’s secretary says ——oh, your cholesterol is much higher. He’s not going to like that when you see him next week. So I see him, and he says I don’t like that, and I said, well I don’t take Statins—–and he said—well, I guess that ends that.
